Penguin Productions Presents FEDERAL FRENZY: Saturday, April 27, 2024 YSU Penguin Productions is excited to host the 10th annual FEDERAL FRENZY Music and Arts Festival on Saturday, April 27, 2024, from 2-11pm on the East End of Federal Street. Over 25 musical performances, local vendors, food trucks, live artistry, and interactive stations will fill the areas in and around Penguin City Beer and the Youngstown Flea. The event is free and open to the public. With recent attendance reaching 6,000 people, FEDERAL FRENZY has become a fundamental part of Youngstown’s community calendar and an amazing opportunity to connect with the people in our region.
